Hi there! My name is Rebecca Thomas and I just found out that I am pregnant with my second child. My first pregnancy and birthing experiences were very “typical’, in that I saw an OBGYN and gave birth at Winnie Palmer. It was overall a good experience but I felt like something wasn’t right. My husband, our son Sam and I are all vegan (we eat nothing that comes from any animal, only plant based foods). We have gone through great changes removing chemicals from our home, food and medicines. Our entire natural life philosophy is so different than those around us. I am interested in learning more about Midwifery and home births. The idea of less medical/chemical intervention just feels right.

I have a 3 year old daughter with whom was a c-section. I am not currently pregnant, but hope that I will become pregnant soon. Is a VBAC an option with your support?

Kelli is one of those midwives that legends are written about. We are incredibly lucky to have her catching babies and loving families in Central Florida. She has a deep understanding of birth and the journey to motherhood, and how to support mama’s and families through that awesome process. Add to that how wicked smart and intuitive she is, not to mention how commanding she can be if the situation calls for it. She’s the woman I want in the room if something isn’t quite right, because her willpower & right action would make it right. Kellie, Thank you so much for the tender, loving care you took of my daughter while she gave birth to my first grandhild! Also, for all the care you took of her before the birth. It was a unique and beautiful experience to watch my grandson being born. Every woman on your team treated Tracy, Billy, and little Patrick with so much compassion and care and tended to her and the baby’s every need.
